Welcome to HyperGate ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website https://hypergate.tech/ (the "Site") and signing up for our waitlist or newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of Services (Pre-Launch Phase)

HyperGate is currently in a development and pre-launch phase. By providing your email address, you are expressing interest in our future VPN service ("Service").

  • Waitlist: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the Service. We reserve the right to manage the waitlist and grant access at our sole discretion.
  • No Guarantees: Features, pricing, and launch dates described on the Site are subject to change without notice.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Using the Site in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.
  • Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Site (e.g., introducing viruses, flooding the sign-up form, or spamming).
